However, we have worked out a deal with some of the other local hotels. The International is about three blocks away and is offing a rate of $165 per night plus taxes. * Podcast committee will be putting out a call at the convention for people to record panels and readings (with author’s permission). You can let us know if you are able and willing closer to the convention. If you have own recorder (i-river etc.) even better (thanks to Summer Brooks of Dragon Page Cover to Cover for bringing that to our attention) * Dealers Room has put a layout of their room on the website. It can also be found in the publications section of our website. • This PR contains the World Fantasy 2008 nomination ballots. However must either be a current member or member in the last two years to be eligible to vote. • On our hotel. Our block booking for Wednesday night is filled, however there are a limited number of rooms still available in the hotel at a higher rate of $239. We still have rooms available in our block booking for Thursday through to Sunday, though. • Programming has done a rough timetable and this can be found in the details section of our website.
