So remember, book soon • For those attending the convention – we will be selling a black denim shirt with our logo on it. This is available by pre-order only. So check out our website to see a picture of the shirt as well as for pricing and order information. All orders will be given out at the convention when you pick up your membership package. • Don’t forget check out our website for a list of confirmed dealers. If you are a potential dealer (or artist for that matter), register soon. • We are accepting content for our program book and are hoping to start preliminary layout in July. Information on rates, etc. can be found in the details section of our website • The Sunburst Awards are looking for donations for their silent auction that will be held at the convention. The Sunburst Award for Canadian Literature of the Fantastic is a juried award based on excellence of writing in two categories: adult and young adult. These awards are presented annually to Canadian writers of speculative fiction. All donations help to pay for these awards. These can be found in the “details” section. • Our Guest Author, David Morrell, will be conducting a workshop on Wednesday, October 29th, the topic of which will be “Lessons From a Lifetime of Writing” This workshop is done in conjunction with the Calgary Regional Consortium. While mainly aimed at educators, registration is open to all who wish to attend, however availability is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Cost for this all-day workshop is $85 CDN.
